Haku Ra, new character

Name: Haku Ra
Appearance: 6ft, short white hair, black eyes,(looks kinda like Kakashi), and wears black body suit similar to sasuke's in the Chunin exams but with sleeves that partly covers hands with metal at the end of both sleeves ontop of hands. Right hand is always bandaged down to reveal only the finger tips of hand. The suit also has a motified hood that can completely conceal the eyes only showing the face from nose down when worn. Carries shurikan holster on right side and a small pouch on left with two scrolls beneath.

History: Little is know about Haku Ra, except for the translation of his name, meaning "White Demon". He is assumed to be part of the Uchiha Clan because of his sharigan, however there is no record of him being born. That is all that is know at this time.

you need to change get rid of fire chakra cause it takes water and wind to make ice.

Where am I using Ice? I know thats the collaboration, but I didn't plan on using ice. If I said it i'll fix it. So what do you say about summoning oh great admin? haha

Once you even activate the cloak you lose your sharingan

No cloak, Just a hood. It just covers the upper face in shadow. If it's up and I'm using the sharigan you would be able to see my eyes of course.

As far as my summoned creature, it would be wolves that walked on two feet and got really big. Much like the toads they would come in all shapes, sizes, and power levels of course. They would also come from a place much Like the toads mount ecxcept where the wolves come from it is like our Himalayas, cold and rugged. The cold has required them to be very masterful in the ways of fire, the terrain has taught them how to hunt like no other and be quick like lightning to catch fast prey. They speak our language and teach us much. If you need more info on them just let me know!

I dont know if you noticed but he is a genin with two chakra types and not only does he get the Sharingan which is konoha he also gets Iwagakure's Yonbi no Saru?

Just because I have the two chakra types doesn't mean I can use them both yet and I'm a Genin because evryone who isn't a Kage or Kage assistant must start there. As for my tailed beast and sharigan, it's the same if a beast would have been sealed in say saskue instead of naruto. While using the beast's cloak I would lose my shraigan while it is in use.
